Zee draws a COLOURED SKETCH headshot commission of your character!

WHAT'S A HEADSHOT:

• Typically a headshot from me is a shoulders-up piece depicting the face and/or upper body of the character. My headshots range from facial closeups to almost waist shots tho, depending on the framing I go with. I really like drawing faces and varied expressions! If I feel the piece needs more, I'll draw a little more. That's how my art goes sometimes! It's pretty casual.
• I can draw both humans and furry characters!
• $50 CAD per character, YES I can draw couples in the same piece, please select the "2 characters" variant and specify they are a couple in your form.

PATRONS GET FIRST DIBS ON COMMS:

• Zee sets a limit to commissions monthly, depending on her availability.
• Her Patrons have first claim to her commissions.
  
• They may or may not be released to the general public.

WHY A COUPON CODE?

• This was the only way I could lock this product to being "Patron Only".

• I mean, tips are always appreciated...

HOW IT WORKS:

1. Choose the variant you want (1 or 2 characters - 30 days or RUSH)
   
2. Complete the commission form in full.
3. Add product to the cart.
4. Make sure your coupon code is applied.
5. Purchase commission.
6. Commission order information is added to Zee's Trello.
7. Zee completes your commission.
8. Zee emails the completed commission to you & posts the work to Trello.

RUSH FEE:

• Commission can be delivered within 7 DAYS if the rush fee is paid.
• 7 days begins when your commission form is sent COMPLETE. If pieces are incomplete (EX: no images sent, instructions in commission form otherwise not followed) the timer does not start until all portions are correct.
• If your commission is not completed in the time specified, your order will be refunded.

TERMS OF SERVICE:

WHAT STYLE WILL YOU USE:

• My art style is dynamic and changes with my mood.
• There is really no guarantee how I will draw your commission because I haven't drawn it yet! I tend to pick a style that matches the character. If I feel your character leans into anime, I'll draw it with more of that influence. If it looks more dark and mysterious, I'll put more weight into the creepy atmosphere of the piece.
• It is not my "ultra refined" style, but a loose, sketch style with colour.
• The colours I use will most likely be affected by mood lighting, so they will not be 1:1 recreations of your reference sheets.
• If you are uncomfortable with this, do not commission me.

CAN I ASK FOR REVISIONS:

• These works are "sketchy", I will not be taking revisions.
• This is not my "ultra-refined" style, hence the affordable price.
• The only situation in which I will revise the final image is if I have made an error on markings or something similar.
• If you request a refund within the 30 or 7 day work period you will be unable to commission me in the future.

HOW IS MY COMMISSION DELIVERED TO ME?

• The commission cards on Trello will link to your completed image when it is shifted to the "Complete" section, as well as an email to the address in which you used to purchase your commission on this website.

ZEE WILL NOT:

• Draw from text. I need a drawing/photo of fursuit/person to reference.
• It can be as simplistic as a doodle, but I cannot draw from a description.
• I will not draw commissions of characters that you do not own the rights to, or do not have permission to be commissioned. 
• Draw more than two characters in a piece.
• Couples are fine, more than two is not.
• Include any forms or symbols of hate-speech or bigotry, slurs (including the short-form of "raccoon") or harassment. 
• Draw mostly mechanical characters.
• Protogens are fine, "mecha" characters like Gundam robots are not. 
• Draw any form of NSFW, I'm not sure how you would incorporate that in a headshot but I'm sure it's not impossible, so it's worth mentioning.
• Include words, text or numbers in the design that are not "part of the character".
• These are not badge commissions, I will not be adding text to the drawing.
• Take commissions from minors, you must be 18+ to purchase.

COMMISSION TERMS:

GRADUATED LICENSE FEE:

• Rights of the image still belong to Zee the Raccoon, I can use it anywhere for any reason, like advertising commission openings or in portfolio work.
• HOWEVER, you may use this image commercially if the projected revenue in TOTAL is under $1000 CAD.
• Example: Making stickers of your fursona to pass out/trade at a furry convention, use as a logo/image for recreational YouTube/Tiktok channels (not as a main source of income), putting the design on a hat for a limited run, other social media icons, etc.
• If you think the image will cross a $1000 CAD profit threshold, or will be used as branding for your business, please contact me (with the contact form on this website) about negotiating further rights, with the projected profit/use of the image. I am happy to do so!

ALTERATIONS:

• Image may be altered by any way by any party at commissioner's discretion, with main artwork credit applied to Zee. This is including but not limited to filters, cropping, adding text, photo-manipulation or draw-overs. This does NOT include any form of hate-speech or bigotry as mentioned above. 
• Background can be removed at commissioner's discretion (if applicable).

DISTRIBUTION:

• Image distributed as PNG unless otherwise noted.

DISCLAIMER:

• Zee can update the Terms of Service at any time.
• Commissions can be refused / refunded for any reason and the reason does not need to be stated.
• A commission is not a gateway to a conversation with an artist. Do not commission if your one goal in the commissioner-artist relationship is to gain a friend - that's not how friendship works.
